1. Do I need to visit you for in-person coaching sessions?

You can enjoy the comfort of your home while I travel to you! For the first session, we can briefly meet outside at a public place to discuss your goals before the actual session so that we can build some rapport early on.

2. Is it ok if I have a pet at home?

Absolutely! I love pets.

3. Are remote coaching sessions really effective?

Most definitely! Since before the COVID-19 pandemic, remote sessions have really taken off. This field has opened up a lot of possibilities for learners, as well as instructors, and piano-learning is no exception. In my remote sessions, you will see a camera showing me, the piano, and my hands, as well as a second camera from directly above the piano so that you see my hands more clearly. I will also be screensharing the piano score so that you are seeing exactly what you would see in an in-person session. To demonstrate certain techniques, I will be using the camera directly above the piano to zoom in on my hands.

4. Can I see or hear you play?

5. How much do you charge for private in-person / remote sessions?

It is dependent on the length and complexity of your performance program. We will be discussing this during our first free session.

6. How much do you charge for performances?
