With 10+ years of performing, coaching, and accompanying experience, a Master of Education from the University of British Columbia (UBC), and an ARCT in Piano Performance, I can play from many different genres, from classical music by Bach and Beethoven to pop music by Ed Sheeran and Blackpink.

Performance coaching does not always have to happen in person, because the audiovisual experience that you provide to your audience is also key to your success as a performer. With a multi-camera set up, you will be exposed to the same caliber of coaching.
I have transcribed 100+ pop songs, movie theme songs, and created piano arrangements for orchestral pieces. If there is a song that you would like to play on the piano, I can transcribe it for you and tailor the arrangement to your circumstances.
I invited Boris to play a solo piano performance at my wedding with about 300 guests.
I gave him a brief that I wanted classical-style music to make the atmosphere lively and exciting, whether it's sweet songs or any other suitable style.
Boris prepared very well, he made a list of songs for me to choose from with reasons for each choice, and even played them live so I could feel the flow and suggest any changes before the wedding. That really gave me confidence that the music and mood would be exactly how I imagined.
He also rearranged some Thai and pop songs to fit the guests, which made the atmosphere more friendly and enjoyable.
Boris can play both acoustic and electric piano. On the wedding day, we used an electric piano, and even though he didn't have a chance to test it beforehand (the venue didn't allow setup before the event), he still played smoothly and beautifully.
He truly helped make my wedding day perfect just as I dreamed it would be.
Performing vocals with Boris on piano was a blast! We tackled a range of styles: from musical theatre to jazz to disco. Further, he skillfully arranged songs to suit our strengths (even on the fly). Boris was incredibly accommodating, and his professional touch on the piano elevated even our casual performances. I'd love to work with him again!
